Before beginning a fulfilling and rewarding career as a real estate agent, Simon Peng received his BA in civil engineering at Central South University and completed his post-graduate certification in construction estimating from George Brown College. Simon then worked for a decade in the construction industry as an estimator, evaluating components of new construction high-rise condo buildings in the city of Toronto.

Through this specialized line of work, Simon developed strong connections with industry professionals including contractors, general labourers, and small builders, creating a network of highly skilled, trustworthy partners that work as an extension of the Simon Peng Real Estate team to help clients achieve more in their real estate journeys.

Having worked for years in building construction and real estate, Simon is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and skilled at navigating negotiations to prioritize your interests.

After purchasing a few personal properties in the GTA, Simon decided to become a licensed agent in 2012 so he could manage his real estate portfolio himself. After working part time as an agent and managing his own properties, Simon realized how much he could help Torontonians like himself achieve more in the city’s competitive market and decided to pursue real estate full time.

As someone who has lived and worked in Toronto since 2003, Simon has developed an intimate understanding of Toronto neighbourhoods, and strong connections to these communities. Simon uses this specialized knowledge to match every client with the right real estate opportunity.
